What we collect

Consumer health data is personal information that is linked or reasonably linkable to you and identifies your past, present, or future physical or mental health. We may collect consumer health data such as:

Your health goals, symptoms, diagnosed conditions, treatments, surgery, medications, allergies and past reactions, pregnancy and hormonal status, body measurements, and habits such as diet, activity, alcohol, and sleep.

The supplements you take or buy from us, information about HSA or FSA payments, and products you view on our site.

Your plan, the reasons we give for each item, notes from any review of your plan, and other conclusions we draw from this information.

How we use it

We use consumer health data to build and review your plan, fill and ship orders, run subscriptions, answer support requests, keep our services secure, and meet legal obligations. We also use it to improve our products and how we build plans, including as examples in prompts to AI models, and to personalize our marketing.

Where we get it

We collect consumer health data from you, from the plans and reviews we create, and from others such as payment partners, practitioners, and service providers.

Who we share it with

We may share consumer health data with service providers that help us run ViveSpan, such as providers of hosting and databases, email, error monitoring, AI models, payments, and fulfillment and shipping. We may also share it with our HSA/FSA payment partner and the licensed providers it works with, the practitioners who review plans, our professional advisers, and companies under common ownership with us. We may share it when the law requires it, and with a buyer or successor if we sell or reorganize all or part of our business.

We don't sell consumer health data.

Tracking across sites

Analytics and advertising providers we work with may collect information about your use of our site and other sites over time. Our Privacy Policy explains how to control cookies.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to confirm whether we collect, share, or sell your consumer health data, to see it, to get a list of the third parties and affiliates we have shared it with, and to have it deleted. To make a request, email privacy@vivespan.com. We may need to confirm your identity first.

If we decline your request, you can ask us to reconsider by emailing privacy@vivespan.com. If we still decline, you can contact your state attorney general.

Changes

We may update this Consumer Health Data Notice. The date at the top shows when it last changed. If we make material changes, we will tell you on the site or by email.
